Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Device
Securely place the electronic component in its original anti-static packaging and box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and peripheral components are included to avoid restocking fees.
Label and Ship
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.
Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the device for functionality and condition within 3-5 days of arrival; once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
